📄 Booking Terms & ConditionsWacky Wiggles Rentals – Bouncy House & Party EquipmentThank you for choosing Wacky Wiggles Rentals! Please review our booking terms to ensure a smooth and safe experience for everyone.
1. Booking & Payment
- Reservation Deposit: A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure your booking.
- Full Payment: Remaining balance is due no later than 24 hours before the event.
- Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, Zelle, Cash App, and cash (in-person arrangements only).
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the event may be eligible for credit toward a future rental.
- Weather Policy: If inclement weather (heavy rain, thunderstorms, high winds) is forecasted, you may reschedule free of charge.
- No Refunds for cancellations due to weather made less than 24 hours before the rental start time.
3. Delivery & Setup
- Delivery Window: We deliver 1–3 hours before your scheduled start time unless otherwise arranged.
- Setup Area: Must be flat, clear of debris, and have direct access for setup. Grass, pavement, or turf only—no gravel or dirt surfaces.
- Space Requirements: Minimum of 2 feet clearance around the entire inflatable unit is required.
- Power Access: A grounded electrical outlet must be within 75 feet of the setup location. Generator rentals available if needed.
4. Safety & Supervision
- Adult Supervision Required at all times when equipment is in use.
- No Food, Drinks, Shoes, Pets, Sharp Objects, or Silly String allowed on or near inflatables.
- Maximum Occupancy Limits must be followed at all times. Rules are posted on each unit and reviewed at drop-off.
5. Liability & Damage
- Customer assumes full responsibility for all equipment during the rental period.
- Any damage beyond normal wear & tear may result in repair/replacement charges.
- Wacky Wiggles Rentals is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss during the use of our equipment.
6. Event Time & Pick-Up
- Rentals are for the reserved time only. Additional time must be arranged in advance.
- Equipment must be clean and ready for pick-up at the agreed time. Late fees may apply for delays.
7. AcknowledgementBy booking with Wacky Wiggles Rentals, you agree to comply with all of the terms listed above. We reserve the right to refuse service if these terms are not met.
