Business Name: Wacky Wiggles Rentals Bouncy HouseREAD CAREFULLY – THIS IS A LEGAL DOCUMENT THAT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTSBy signing this agreement, I (the undersigned), on behalf of myself, my children, my guests, and any participants using the inflatable equipment provided by Wacky Wiggles Rentals Bouncy House, hereby acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following:
- Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that the use of inflatable bounce houses and related equipment involves physical activity and inherent risks of injury, including, but not limited to, falls, collisions, sprains, broken bones, or other serious injuries. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for all risks, known and unknown, associated with participation in the use of any equipment provided by Wacky Wiggles Rentals Bouncy House. - Waiver and Release of Liability
In consideration for being allowed to use the equipment, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Wacky Wiggles Rentals Bouncy House or Edwin Torres, including any of their agents, employees, contractors, or affiliates, from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by any participant, or to any property belonging to me or others, whether caused by the negligence of the releasees or otherwise. - Indemnification
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wacky Wiggles Rentals Bouncy House and Edwin Torres from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorney’s fees and costs) arising out of or in connection with the use of the rental equipment. - Supervision
I understand that adult supervision is required at all times while the inflatable equipment is in use. It is my responsibility to ensure that all users follow safety guidelines and instructions provided by Wacky Wiggles Rentals Bouncy House. - Acknowledgment of Rules and Guidelines
I agree to follow all posted rules and verbal instructions provided by Wacky Wiggles Rentals Bouncy House. I understand that failure to follow safety rules may result in injury and void this waiver.
